A bomb explosion has occurred Tuesday night around the Asikolaye/Bakin Ruwa area along the Kaduna western bypass, Kaduna State.

The blast comes barely a week after a massacre by Fulani herdsmen, suspected to be terrorists, which left at least 123 persons dead.

Details of the number of casualties and damage caused by the bomb explosion is yet to be confirmed.
