THE CANDIDATE of the Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi has won many polling units at the Gwagwalada Area Council.
Obi, won all the 11 polling units monitored by The ICIR reporter at the Presidential and National Assembly election conducted nationwide on February 25.

He defeated the candidates of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar, ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu, All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) Rabiu Kwankwaso, and other contenders for the presidency.

Government Secondary School Hajj Camp: PDP 20, APC 28, and LP 213 .
FRSC Open Ground polling unit: PDP 3, APC 6, LP, 87.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 018: PDP 19, APC 30, LP 118.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 017: PDP 52, APC 32, LP 176.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 011: PDP 23, APC 35, LP 183.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 16: PDP 17, LP 77, APC 29.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 015: PDP 25, LP 77, APC 42.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 009: PDP 26, LP 108, APC 57.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 010: PDP 13, LP 171, APC 28.
Gadonasco Polling Unit 001: PDP 26, LP 102, APC 58.

The ICIR reported how hoodlums snatched ballot boxes at some polling units at the Area Council.
On Friday, February 24, this organization reported how FCT residents made panic fuel buying and searched for Naira on Friday.
According to INEC, there are 1,570,307 registered voters in the FCT. The number of PVC collected is 1476,451, giving 94.0 per cent of registered voters. The number of uncollected PVCs is 93,868, being 6.0 per cent of registered voters.
A total of 93,469,008 were registered for the poll, out of which 87,209,007 have collected their PVC.
Four leading presidential candidates are Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Labour Party’s Peter Obi, and Rabiu Kwankwanso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).
