The trial of a former Chief of Defence Staff, CDS, Alex Badeh by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja continued on Thursday, June 16, 2016 with further cross-examination of prosecution witness, Mustapha Yerima, a builder who allegedly assisted Badeh in procuring a piece of land and building a plaza in Abuja.
