The House of Representatives committee on Ethics and Privileges has concluded its hearing into the corruption allegation made by Abdulmumin Jibrin against Speaker Yakubu Dogara.
The embattled former chairman of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Appropriations, Abdulmumin Jibrin, has said that he would not appear before the House Committee on Ethics and Privileges except it's hearing is public, adding that he does not have assurances of a fear hearing.
