Presiding Judge, John Tsoho told the parties involved in the case that the prosecution had informed the court that the amount found at Justice Ngwuta’s house is N35, 358,849, but the total amount in one of the boxes tendered as evidence by the DSS which it claimed was found in Ngwuta’s house is N35,358,000.
