Two splinter groups of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, have agreed that instead of publicly burning the Biafran Flag on October 1 as earlier planned, they would rather surrender the flag to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Rebranded Indigenous People of Biafra, TRIPOB, a splinter group from the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, led by Nnamdi Kanu, has said that it will publicly denounce Biafra Republic and burn the Biafran Flag on Nigeria’s Independence Day, October 1.
Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra,IPOB, says he has no ties with the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta,MEND, and the Niger Delta Avengers,NDA.
