The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal by the former Governor of Adamawa State, Murtala Nyako, who has been seeking order from the court to be reinstated as a governor of Adamawa State to enable him to complete his truncated second term.
The Federal Government has re-arraigned former Governor of Adamawa state, Murtala Nyako and his son, Abdul-Aziz before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
