The Kano state police command said its efforts to deal with the crimes of kidnapping, armed robbery and banditry in the southern part of the state, has led to the arrested of 11 suspected kidnappers and freeing of 12 victims inside the Falgore forest believed to be the den of kidnappers.
The new Commissioner of Police for Kano State, Rabi'u Yusuf, has promised to intensify efforts toward stamping out cattle rustling and the rampant cases of Kidnapping in Falgore forest and environs.
