Imprisoned for rape twice, “serial rapist” defiles 4-year-old girl after getting state’s pardon

YUSUF Bako, a 50-year-old resident of Yakubu Wanka Street in Bauchi metropolis was arrested by the Bauchi State Police for defiling a 4-year-old minor, Kulu (not real name) inside a mosque at Aminu Street within the metropolis.
