Trucks of grains for Northeast diverted

Senate Majority Leader, Ali Ndume has vowed to curb the reported theft and diversion of relief materials and food items donated by the federal government and other humanitarian agencies for the benefit of Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, in the Northeast region.

Senate Majority Leader, Ali Ndume, reveals that out of the 103 trucks of grains approved by President Muhammadu Buhari for distribution to Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, in the North east, only 53 were actually delivered while the remaining were diverted by the contractor.
