Vote-buying whistle-blowers will be rewarded…EFCC

THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) on Friday has promised to reward citizens that provide credible information on illegal activities of vote-buying during the election.

The commission urged the general public to contact the EFCC for immediate response in matters relating to election vote-buying through its emergency hotlines recently released in over 10 states capitals across the country.

The commission confirmed that any informant with credible information that could help counter vote-buying or related activities in accordance with the Whistleblowing Policy of the Federal Government would be rewarded.
