AS the Presidential and National Assembly elections get underway across the country, it has been observed that officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are yet to arrive at several polling units (PUs) in the South-East.

By 9.10 am at Polling Unit 13, Ward 015, Maryland Estate, Enugu, voters were seen waiting for the INEC officials to arrive.

The environment is calm and quiet.
