FORMER governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is currently leading in the ongoing presidential primary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja.
Tinubu’s name was more prominent as the votes were being counted.
As of the time of filing this report, Tinubu already has more than 1000 votes.

He is followed closely by former governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
While Amaechi has obtained over 200 votes, another aspirant, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, has less than 200 votes.
Some aspirants had earlier withdrawn or stepped down from the race.
The counting of votes is still ongoing.
