DESPITE domestication of violence against Persons Prohibition (VAPP ACT), signed in 2019 by President Muhammadu Buhari, cases of Sexual and Gender-based Violence, SGBV are on the increase with those saddled with the responsibility of checking the scourge doing nothing to stop and protect those affected.
