Arraignment of Supreme Court Officials Moved To Dec 15

The scheduled arraignment of three officials of the Supreme Court, including the Chief Registrar, Ahmed Saleh, on allegations of N2.2 billion fraud, has been shifted to December 15.

Judge Okays Arraignment Of Supreme Court Registrar, Two Others

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Jabi, Abuja, has granted a request sent by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF to arraign the Chief Registrar, as well as two other officials of the Supreme Court, on a nine-count charge of corruption and diversion of about N2.2bn belonging to the court.

Supreme Court Officials Charged With N2.2 Billion Fraud

The federal government has charged three officials of the Supreme Court with fraud to the tune of N2.2 billion. The fraud charges, filed at the Federal Capital Territory High Court on October 3, by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, also include allegations of bribe amounting to tens of millions of naira.
