Justices Sidi Bage and Paul Galinje were on Thursday confirmed by the Nigerian Senate as justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, after President Muhammadu Buhari had forwarded their names to the upper legislative chambers.
The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Jabi, Abuja, has granted a request sent by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF to arraign the Chief Registrar, as well as two other officials of the Supreme Court, on a nine-count charge of corruption and diversion of about N2.2bn belonging to the court.
