The Department of State Services, DSS, has said that it has arrested two suspects that allegedly took part in the kidnap of two German scholars in Kaduna State.
The Kaduna State Police Command had confirmed that two German Archeologists who were working at the NOK Archeological Centre in Kagarko, Kaduna State, have been kidnapped.
