NINE persons have been confirmed dead and 54 vehicles destroyed in a fire incident caused by a fallen petrol tanker along Otedola bridge, Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Thursday.
Spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Bisi Kazeem, said the petrol tanker lost control as a result of break failure.
This is coming barely five days after over 120 lives were lost to a herdsmen attack in Plateau State on Saturday, June 22.

Nigeria is now becoming a classic tragedy that goes consistently from bad to worse. In the last week alone, Jos killings, Ebonyi killings, #Otedola deaths this evening and yesterday my close friend, Okon Iyanam, was assassinated in Mowe. May God heal our land. #PrayForNigeria

Yesterday's victims were once survivors. Today's victims were yesterday's survivors and tomorrow's victims would be today's survivors.
WHO'S NEXT?
Also remember those who have died cannot die again. The next set of victims is from the living. The next question is
