The menace of flooding in Lagos State is gradually getting out of hand, as major streets of the city have been overtaken by flowing waters.

It got so bad on Friday that a white man used his kayak to make his way through the flooded streets.

Oluwashina Okeleji, a Twitter user, captured the sad but funny moment on video and shared on his Twitter handle.
