MINSTER of Information and Culture Lai Mohammed has disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari will address Nigerians in a live broadcast at 7:00 am on June 12.
Muhammed, while speaking during a press briefing at the Radio House in Abuja said the live broadcast will mark the celebration of the 2022 Democracy Day.

The minister added that some of the activities lined up for the Democracy Day celebration include a public lecture at the National Mosque on Friday and Jumaat prayers on the same day.
There will also be a church service at the National Christian Centre at 3:00 pm on Sunday.
A Democracy Day parade will hold at the Eagle Square in Abuja on June 13.
The minister assured that all the lined up events will be held without security breaches.
Buhari had on June 6, 2018, announced a new date for the annual celebration of Nigeria’s Democracy, stating that the decision was taken to honour the late Moshood Abiola, the acclaimed winner of the presidential election held on June 12, 1993.
