PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari, his wife Aisha, and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, have returned to the Eagles Square, the venue of the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) convention.
The President and his wife had left the convention ground in the early hours of the morning after he delivered his speech. He was seen off by Osinbajo and other top government officials.
The convention which commenced last night had seven aspirants who have stepped down from the presidential race to drum support for Bola Tinubu. One aspirant stepped down for Osinbajo.
Osinbajo, who was rated as one of the top contenders of the party ticket had earlier left the venue about an hour ago while counting of votes was going on.
