Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has again called for the restructuring of the Nigerian Federal system of government, saying that the current economic situation has exposed the many weaknesses of having a centralized government.
Abubakar called for greater vigilance on the part of citizens and increased intelligence, as the military wraps up its operations against Boko Haram insurgents.
