Sylvester Ngwuta, a Justice of the Supreme Court, has been granted bail in the sum of N100 million, after he was arraigned by the federal government on charges bothering on bribery and corruption.
The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Jabi, Abuja, has granted a request sent by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF to arraign the Chief Registrar, as well as two other officials of the Supreme Court, on a nine-count charge of corruption and diversion of about N2.2bn belonging to the court.
